• 1001 to 2500 sq ft - $350.00 
• 2501 to 3000 sq ft - $400.00
• 3001 to 3500 sq ft - $450.00
• 3501 to 4000 sq ft - $500.00
• 4001 to 4500 sq ft - $550.00
• 4501 to 5000 sq ft - $600.00
• 5001 to 5500 sq ft - $650.00
• 5501 to 6000 sq ft - $700.00

Condominiums sq ft as above less $50.00.

The full home inspection includes: Home inspected to the Illinois state Standards of Practice, Free mold inspection, Free E-Newsletter, Free alarm inspection by Brinks, and Free phone support (call anytime with your home questions).

Extra services offered

Lab fees for mold sampling- $100.00 per sample (Minimum 2 per inspection). 1 air sample for every 1000 sq ft, and 1 outside control sample is recommended

Swimming pool inspections- $100.00

Muliti unit buildings - $125.00 per unit plus $250.00 for roof and structural inspection.

Radon testing is performed by Radon Testers Inc.- $175.00

Termite Inspections performed by Omega Developement- $75.00

Re-Inspection Fee- $100.00

Inspection outside our coverage area- $50.00 extra
